Welcome to The Computer Expert

I can take the stress out of home computing. I can diagnose and fix all your common computing problems - remove viruses, install upgrades and retrieve and protect your data.

A key part of my friendly yet professional approach is to explain your technical issues in a non-technical language. My aim is to help you understand how to get the most from your computer system, and avoid problems recurring.

I come to your home and I charge a fixed hourly rate, whatever your problem may be. Once I have had a chance to investigate a problem I will give you an idea of how long it will take to solve. If new hardware or software is needed you will be consulted before any additional costs are incurred. Minimum charge is for one hour, if I finish inside an hour you are free to ask questions or give me more work to make up the hour!
