I have worked in the IT industry for over 9 years. I am currently an IT Manager at a local Public Limited Company. In my day job I have to deal with all the usual problems associated with computers. I run The Computer Expert outside my normal office hours, so I am available evenings and weekends. Apart from the experience I have gained during my years in IT, I am also a qualified Red Hat (Linux) Certified Engineer.
